# Blog Entry: How gamification will change the pre-employment testing industry 

## Summary
There's a buzz that games will eventually supplant most pre-employment tests as the instrument of choice when selecting candidates. We think that's at least partially true and the change has already started happening through simulation-based tests. Games offer valuable benefits to hiring decision makers. However, there are challenging issues to be overcome in order for games to reach the mainstream.
