"Pay As You Go" or "Pay Once" (Unlimited Subscription). Which is Right for You?
We understand that your needs may vary. That's why we offer both "Pay As You Go" pricing through our Credits system, and "Pay Once" pricing through an Unlimited Subscription. If you have only a small number of occasional needs for employment assessments, we recommend our credit-based pricing. However, if you plan to make employment assessment a regular part of your hiring process, or if you have a large number of hires to make, we would suggest an unlimited subscription.

Step 1: Choose Your Organization's Type
Subscription-based pricing is based on the type of organization. Your organization is either:
  • An End-User Organization that hires only for itself, or ...
  • A Recruitment Company that performs hiring activities for other organizations.

Important Notes Regarding Subscriptions
  1. Following a purchase, HR Avatar will verify your company information and selection. If we determine that you do not fit the category you selected, we will contact you to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to make adjustments to purchased subscription duration based on this review.
  2. Subscriptions do not include third-party assessments, which are indicated in our catalog by the words: THIRD-PARTY ASSESSMENT at the bottom of the description page. Most of our assessments are NOT 3rd party assessments. If you would like a subscription that includes third-party assessments, please contact us.
  3. If you already have an unlimited subscription that has not fully expired, 12 additional months will be added to your current expiration date when you make another purchase.
