About the Job

HR Avatar is looking for someone to provide outstanding customer support and to sell our online pre-employment assessments to businesses via phone, email and online resources. When you are not directly working with customers, you will be assisting with various marketing activities.


This is a full-time position where you will work from home initially and may elect to work some days at a future office near Aldie, Virginia.

HR Avatar is focused on helping customers hire the right people. We sell online pre-employment assessments (tests) to companies who use them to screen their candidates. We test thousands of people every week in several languages and many countries around the globe.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support customers and test-takers from your desk (using phone, computer, tools, etc.)

  • Handle in-bound leads to understand their needs.

  • Create and conduct web/phone demonstrations for prospects or target prospects.

  • Work with the HR Avatar team to identify improvements that will increase customer value.

  • Contribute to various marketing projects, including website redesign, online advertising, and both instructional and promotional content development.
