About the Job

HR Avatar is looking for someone to help us elevate our market presence. Over the past several years we have established a solid foothold in our industry by targeting small and medium-sized businesses using an e-commerce self-service sales model. With a line of proven products and solid references, we are ready to invest in growing our customer base worldwide.

We are looking for an all-around marketing specialist who can contribute to both our strategy and our execution. We expect that virtually all aspects of our online presence will be revised and refined over the next 12 months. 

This is a full-time position where you will work from home initially and may elect to work some days at a future office near Aldie, Virginia.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help formulate online marketing strategy, including budget and priorities.

  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

  • Draft various communications including press releases and advertising copy.
  • Assist with planning and execution of outbound or inbound marketing activities.

  • Liaise with external vendors as needed for events and campaigns.

  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, currently using Capterra, Facebook, Linked In,etc.).

  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
