Install Safe Exam Browser

Follow the instructions below to install a secure web browser in order to complete your assessment. HR Avatar uses Safe Exam Browser (safeexambrowser.org).
Once you have downloaded the file, click on the downloaded file icon to complete the installation process.

Windows
Windows 10 (or above) is required. Please download and install the file below.
The required version of Safe Exam Browser on Windows Computers is version 3.10.1 which was released on December 4, 2025. If you have an older version on your computer, please re-install by clicking the link below.
After downloading, INSTALL by clicking on the downloaded file and approving all prompts during the installation process.

Apple Macintosh
The required version of Safe Exam Browser on Macintosh Computers is version 3.6 which was released on September 9, 2025. If you have an older version on your computer, please re-install by clicking the link below.
Runs on Mac OS 11.1 (Big Sur) or newer. Please download and install one file below.
INSTALL by clicking on the downloaded file and approving all prompts during the installation process. Then drag the Safe Exam Browser application to the Applications Folder.

Apple iPhone or iPad
The required version of Safe Exam Browser on IOS devices is version 3.6 which was released on September 9, 2025. If you have an older version on your IOS device, please re-install by clicking the link below.
Requires iOS 14.3 or newer. Please download and install the SafeExamBrowser from the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad.
