In-person Interview and Calendar Synchronization Added to Live Video Interviewing
Aldie, VA, October 12, 2021—HR Avatar announced today that two enhancements have been added to its award winning* Live Video Interviewing software. The new features are support for in-person interviews and automated Google Workspace or MS Outlook 365 Calendar synchronization.
- During In-Person Interviews, each interviewer can use HR Avatar's Live Video Interviewing software to access the interview template and add ratings - independently from other interviewers. The ratings are all collected independently and stored as a result on the HR Avatar website.
- Automated Calendar Synchronization works with both Google Workspace or MS Outlook 365 allows users to rely on their primary work calendar to manage their time and interviews.
How calendar synchronization works:
- When you view your Invitation calendar inside HR Avatar, it will load your interview invitations and also all events from your Google and MS Outlook 365 calendar so you can see them all in one place.
- Any changes to your interview invitations (date change, cancel, create a new one, etc.) are automatically posted to your Google or 365 calendar so you can see them there.
- If you utilize availability scheduling, the availability screen presented to the candidate will have your availability after accounting for any other invitations and all of your events scheduled on your Google or 365 calendar, preventing any double-bookings.
These enhancements make it even easier for customers to add structure to their candidate interviews - either via live video or in-person - by utilizing HR Avatar to create and use customized interview templates that capture ratings and comments on every question from interviewers independently and consolidate them into one easy-to-report. At the same time, these features save time and make the hiring process more efficient.
