Making ATS Integration Easier

Integrations with many popular commercial systems now supported.

If an assessment program is managed outside of an employer's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), it can make the recruiting process less efficient. But what if recruiters could both initiate assessments AND review test results from within the ATS? That would be convenient and incredibly time-saving for them, since they don't need to navigate between systems. To make this possible and cost-effective, HR Avatar now offers integration capability with more than 30 popular commercial applicant tracking systems (ATS's).

Getting Started

There is a small one-time fee for activating each integration, as well as nominal annual maintenance fee. Typically there is also some coordination required between customer and HR Avatar to get the integration activated and tested. This process usually requires less than a week.

Pricing depends on anticipated test volume and the specific ATS to be integrated. The specific functionality that is implemented will also depend on what the target ATS supports through its public APIs. HR Avatar can provide pricing and functional details of any supported ATS integration upon request. Please contact us and let us know what ATS you wish to integrate with.

How it Works

In some cases, HR Avatar offers integrations with several ATS's through custom-built connectors between HR Avatar and the ATS. In other cases, HR Avatar works through a unified API provider that sits between the assessment provider and the ATS.This enables each side to efficiently communicate with each other since all unique characteristics are 'normalized' into the standard language and APIs of the unified API provider. Currently, the unified API provider used by HR Avatar supports over 150 ATS's though not all of them are able to support assessments.
