HR Avatar has released a new web services API for embedding simulation based assessments into another system, such as an applicant tracking system, or learning management system in a completely seamless way.
By leveraging several unique features of simulation-based testing, HR Avatar has been able to implement an API that allows the system embedding the test to retain control of the test-taker experience. As a result, the test-taker experience is now made more seamless and transparent. As the war for talent heats up, this becomes an important feature for talent management systems.
