Aldie, VA (May 20, 2020) - A situational judgement test (SJT) co-developed by the University of Minnesota Medical School and HR Avatar has demonstrated ability to predict success of medical students in their residencies.

An article published in Teaching and Learning in Medicine on 19 May, 2020 documents research that shows the co-developed assessment, which evaluates professionalism as well as interpersonal and communication skills, may be of value as a selection instrument to help organizations choose residents. The article may be accessed here.

The assessment, known as the University of Minnesota Health Care Professionalism SJT is currently available to all HR Avatar customers. However, qualified residency organizations can obtain free access for one year to evaluate the assessment as a selection tool.
