The Cognitive Workplace Simulation - Call Center Sales assessment is designed to measure several critical competencies required for success in a general outbound, sales-oriented call center. Attention to Detail, Following Policies and Procedures, and Phone-based Selling Skills are measured and reported in the final score report. A combined, overall score is also calculated.
