The Resume Capture Only assessment allows you to capture a candidate's resume or CV for review, for AI-driven analysis against a job description, or for AI-analysis against assessment scores captured in other assessment modules.

You can also capture a candidate's resume or CV as part of any other test module by selecting the appropriate setting in the 'Request a Resume or CV' setting on any test keys. Each candidate has one resume on our system so they do not need to upload it again if they already have a resume in our database, though they can choose to do so if they want to update their resume. Therefore, this module only needed in special situations when you either did not capture a resume in a previous assessment, or you wish to only capture a resume without administering a test. One example might be a first stage of a multi-hurdle application process.

All resumes are summarized by AI to make them easier for you to read. Additionally, a popular use of resumes on HR Avatar is to use them in AI analysis against one or more Job Descriptions. You can upload your own job descriptions or use our pre-configured job descriptions. Then you can designate a job description to be used for analysis in a Test Key or Multi-Administration Link.
