The AWS Cloud Administration (Core) assessment is designed to measure the knowledge and skills of job candidates and employees in essential AWS cloud service and account administration concepts, tools, and techniques, with a primary focus on evaluating the ability to support AWS cloud-based implementations and operations. The test covers key areas including AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), Amazon EC2 Instance Management, Amazon S3 Storage Management, Amazon VPC Networking, Monitoring and Alerting with Amazon CloudWatch, and Elastic Load Balancing and Auto Scaling. It evaluates skills through a variety of question formats, including Essay Composition, Multiple Choice, and Multiple Correct Answer questions, with some questions featuring time limits to help prevent cheating and improve predictive performance.
