# MS Excel (Office 365) Assessment

## Description
The MS Excel (Office 365) assessment is a skills and knowledge assessment designed to evaluate candidates' and employees' proficiency with Microsoft Excel as part of the Office 365 suite. It is intended for use in pre-hire selection, employee development, and promotion selection, making it a versatile tool for assessing software skills across various stages of the employment lifecycle. The assessment measures a comprehensive range of MS Excel competencies, including recognizing when to use a spreadsheet, applying basic cell arithmetic, using common and conditional formulas, copying formulas, using VLOOKUP, formatting cell appearance, creating 2D charts, collaborating and sharing files, sorting and searching data, working with worksheets, viewing and recording macros, and more. Candidates respond to multiple choice and multiple correct answer questions, which are drawn from a large question pool to help prevent cheating, and one or more questions are timed to further deter dishonesty and enhance the predictive accuracy of the assessment.
