The Pre-Hire Personality Assessment (Legacy Version V3) is a Personality and Job-Fit assessment designed to evaluate the personality and emotional intelligence characteristics necessary for effective interactions with co-workers and customers. It is intended for use in pre-hire selection, employee development, and promotion selection decisions.
