## Description
Evaluates the knowledge and skills necessary for entry-level to mid-level programmers to write, debug, deploy, and maintain programs in C for business applications. Tests understanding of data types, variables, operators, control flow, loops, and functions. Measures ability to work with pointers, arrays, strings, and memory allocation using malloc, calloc, realloc, and free. Checks knowledge of structures, unions, enumerations, and typedef. Evaluates understanding of file I/O operations using standard library functions. Tests ability to use preprocessor directives, macros, and header files. Measures knowledge of scope, storage classes, and linkage. Gauges ability to read, trace, and debug code to identify errors in logic and syntax. Checks understanding of compilation, linking, and the build process. Evaluates knowledge of standard libraries including stdio, stdlib, string, math, and time. Tests ability to handle errors and validate input. Measures understanding of modular design and code organization across files. Checks knowledge of command-line arguments and program execution. Evaluates ability to write code that is readable, maintainable, and follows conventions.
