# Java Programming Assessment

## Description
The Java Programming test is designed to evaluate the knowledge and skills of entry-level to mid-level programmers in writing, debugging, deploying, and maintaining software applications using the standard edition of Java. It assesses core competencies including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Concepts, Collections Framework and Data Structures, Exception Handling, Multithreading and Concurrency, Input/Output (I/O) and Data Serialization, and Database Connectivity (JDBC). The test measures practical skills across these areas using a variety of question formats, including Multiple Choice, Multiple Correct Answer, and Essay Composition questions, with some questions featuring individual time limits to discourage cheating and improve predictive performance. Questions are drawn from a large pool to further prevent cheating, and one or more questions are scored using artificial intelligence to ensure accurate and consistent evaluation of candidate responses.
