# Node.JS (Short) Assessment

## Description
The Node.JS (Short) assessment is designed to evaluate candidates' and employees' knowledge of Node.JS (Short) keywords, syntax, structure, standard libraries, and common use cases, targeting entry-level to mid-level programmers who need to write, debug, deploy, and maintain business applications. The test measures a broad range of skills across six key areas: Asynchronous Programming (Callbacks, Promises, and Async/Await), Modules and Package Management (CommonJS, ES Modules, and npm), HTTP Servers, Express.js, and REST API Development, Error Handling, File System and Built-in Core Modules, and Environment Configuration, Process Management, and Debugging. Questions are presented in Essay Composition, Multiple Choice, and Multiple Correct Answer formats, and are drawn from a large pool to help prevent cheating. Certain questions are subject to individual time limits to further deter dishonesty and to improve predictive performance, and one or more questions are scored using artificial intelligence to ensure accurate and consistent evaluation of candidate responses.
