# jQuery Programming and Usage Assessment

## Description
The jQuery Programming and Usage assessment is designed to evaluate the knowledge and skills of entry-level to mid-level programmers in writing, debugging, deploying, and maintaining web pages and scripts that utilize jQuery. The test measures a broad range of competencies including DOM Selection and Manipulation, Event Handling, AJAX Requests and Response Handling, DOM Manipulation such as creating, adding, and removing elements, Effects and Animations, and Document Ready and Script Initialization. To assess these skills, the test presents candidates with a variety of question formats including Multiple Choice, Multiple Correct Answer, and Essay Composition questions, with some questions subject to individual time limits to discourage cheating and improve predictive accuracy. Questions are drawn from a large pool to further reduce the risk of cheating, and one or more questions are scored with the assistance of artificial intelligence to ensure accurate and objective evaluation of candidate responses.
