# React Programming (Short) Assessment

## Description
The React Programming (Short) test is designed to assess the knowledge and skills of entry-level to mid-level web programmers in writing, debugging, deploying, and maintaining web applications using React, covering core topics such as components, JSX, props, state management, React hooks, event handling, forms, list rendering, data fetching and API integration, routing with React Router, and debugging, project setup, and code organization. The test evaluates practical skills through a variety of question formats including multiple choice, multiple correct answer, and essay composition questions, with some questions subject to individual time limits to discourage cheating and improve predictive performance. Questions are drawn from a large pool to further prevent cheating and ensure a unique testing experience, and one or more questions are scored using artificial intelligence. This assessment provides a comprehensive measure of a candidate's or employee's ability to work effectively with React in a professional development environment.
