# Kubernetes - Usage and Concepts Assessment

## Description
The Kubernetes - Usage and Concepts assessment is designed to measure candidates' and employees' knowledge of core Kubernetes concepts, techniques, tools, syntax, and common usage. It evaluates practical skills across key areas including kubectl Commands and Resource Management, Pods and Deployments, Services and Networking, Configuration with ConfigMaps and Secrets, Namespaces, Labels, and Selectors, and Pod Troubleshooting and Health Monitoring. The test covers topics such as managing cluster resources with kubectl, configuring pods using ConfigMaps and Secrets, exposing workloads via services and ingress, and applying YAML manifests to a cluster. It also assesses understanding of persistent volumes, resource requests and limits, liveness and readiness probes, and how the control plane schedules pods to nodes. The assessment uses a variety of question formats, including Multiple Choice, Multiple Correct Answer, and Essay Composition questions, with some questions scored using artificial intelligence and others subject to individual time limits to improve predictive performance and deter cheating. Questions are drawn from a large pool to further ensure assessment integrity.
