# Power BI - Usage and Concepts (Short) Assessment

## Description
The Power BI - Usage and Concepts (Short) assessment is designed to evaluate the knowledge necessary to analyze complex data structures and extract insightful and actionable business intelligence using Power BI. It measures a wide range of skills, including connecting to data sources and performing transformations with Power Query, building data models and defining table relationships, applying DAX formulas and functions, and designing reports with meaningful visualizations. The test also covers configuring filters, slicers, and visual interactions, using hierarchies and drill-through features for data exploration, and publishing reports and managing dashboards and permissions in Power BI Service. Questions are presented in multiple formats, including Multiple Choice, Multiple Correct Answer, and Essay Composition, with some questions featuring individual time limits to discourage cheating and improve predictive accuracy. Questions are drawn from a large pool to further reduce the risk of cheating, and one or more questions are scored using artificial intelligence to ensure a thorough and objective evaluation of each candidate's or employee's Power BI proficiency.
