## Description
The Digital Literacy for Office Roles (CAT) is a computer adaptive assessment designed to measure the knowledge and skills that job candidates and employees need to effectively use modern computers, smartphones, and tablets to perform typical tasks in an office environment. It is used for pre-hire selection, employee development, and promotion selection, making it a versatile tool for evaluating software skills across multiple stages of the employment lifecycle. The test covers six key areas: Email, Calendar, and Workplace Communication Tools; Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and Presentation Software; File and Folder Management; Internet Browsing and Online Research; Basic Security and Safe Digital Practices; and Device Settings, Connectivity, and Basic Troubleshooting.
