HR Avatar introduces Enhanced Candidate Feedback Reports   February 20, 2020 at 4:42:48 PM EST

Test Feedback Report SampleAldie, VA (February 20, 2020) - HR Avatar Pre-Employment Tests, a leading provider of online, simulation-based employment tests, has introduced enhanced candidate feedback reports for test takers. This optional feature is a major step toward improving the overall candidate experience.

Though the new feedback reports do not share numerical score data with candidates, they do provide a graphical text-based representations of how the candidate scored in each area relative to others. A description of each competency, and tips for improvement are also provided.

Employers can turn the feedback reports on or off at their discretion. For all existing accounts, the feature is turned off by default. However, for all new accounts, the feature will be initially enabled.

When enabled, the new candidate feedback reports are automatically emailed to the test taker as soon as the scoring process is completed.

"We see this as a major step forward in our quest to treat candidates with respect and to ensure they get something in return for their time," says Mike Russiello, President and CEO of HR Avatar, "Our company has a strong track record of innovations intended to improve the candidate experience, including our industry-unique animated simulation-based assessments and free optional career interest surveys."

Traditionally, most companies have passed on sharing test results with job candidates because they want to avoid challenges from unhappy candidates. While this is a legitimate concern, it can prompt negative feelings regarding the employer. When shared with friends or on social media, these sour feelings can be damaging to the employer's brand and its recruiting efforts, especially in a tight labor market.
