The HR Avatar Work Productivity Index - Sales Pre-Employment Assessment provides a fast evaluation of a candidates future performance potential at work by measuring work-related cognitive ability and combining it with an experimental artificial intelligence (AI) driven indication of performance potential based on how the candidate's voice is perceived. This is an experimental feature that has shown in preliminary research to be highly correlated with job performance.
The assessment begins with a small number of virtual video interview questions that are highly correlated with job performance. You can view the videos in the results, which is often very helpful in sifting candidates.
This test also contains an automatically-scored essay component. Writing is a key skill for many jobs and also demonstrates the ability to generate, organize, and communicate relevant ideas effectively.

Following completion, the test produces a Test Results and Interview Guide report that includes an overall score and detailed scores for each attribute. The overall score is a weighted average of each measured attribute.
The Test Results and Interview Guide also provides expert interview questions that help you probe critical or low-scoring areas, along with a guide for noting your evaluation of the candidate's responses. Consistent use of an interview guide is an important part of gaining better candidate insights and making better hiring decisions.
