The ability to understand how someone else if feeling and adapt your behavior as a result can help improve overall performance. Likewise, the ability to understand ones own feelings and control how one acts in response to strong feelings or emotions can also be very effective.

The results report provides a description of each scale, as well as sample interview questions to help hiring managers probe areas in which the score causes a concern.
