One Result Credit = Basically everything needed to screen one candidate.

Customers purchase one "Result Credit" for each candidate they wish to screen. A Result Credit provides unlimited access to all HR Avatar screening tools - assessments, automated reference checks, and both live and virtual video interviews - for one candidate for a period of 90 days. 

Example

Let's say you are evaluating 5 candidates for a job. You would purchase 5 result credits - one for each candidate. You can start by administering an assessment to each of them. Next, you can administer an automated reference check for each of them. Later you can use video interviewing to interview the top 3 candidates. If you still can't decide, you can administer another test and then conduct another video interview. As long as these actions occur within 90 days of the first test, there is no additional fee.
